Have you ever felt happy when you were afraid?
No, because you cannot be happy and afraid in the same time. FEAR blocks happiness out.
So, overcoming fear must be a priority…
Fear of love? or of not being loved?
Fear of loneliness?
Fear of the unknown? or fear of not being in control?
Define your fears, make a list and start facing them.
When you face a fear, you accept it, you look at it and say: how bad can this be?, you start putting words on that monster, you make it less frightening, you start controlling it and not the other way round. THEN you will notice that you are becoming more confident, AND you will feel Happy with yourself…
Step by step…
And now, start that list….(mine includes being afraid of showing my writings to professionals, they might hate it, and then they might not!!)…
