step 15 to happ(y)ness

Spring is here!

go out and look at the flowers, they are so perfect!

Now is the right time for the body to move more,

eat less,

feel the sun & get lots of vitamine D-

seems 15 minutes of sunbathing just our hands, daily,  is enough to fill our needs,

walk at least ten minutes every day,

start swimming (if the weather permits at your end of the world!),

take your bicycle to work (I used to do that in Denmark, what a wonderful feeling of freedom!)…

Eat loads of vegetable, fruits, start detoxing (in  a mild way, as cutting down sugars, alcohol, fats, coffee, tea)…


Wouldn’t it feel wonderful to have a lighter body and a lighter mind?

happiness comes within…

lightness of being
