Make: Lemon ice-cream


450ml cold full-fat milk

450 ml cold cream

450 grams sugar

4 lemon juice + rind

how to

use a metal bowl

Mix milk, cream and sugar with an electrical  mixer, then freeze for 2hours.

Then add lemon juice and rind, mix again and return to the freezer for another 2 hours.

Beat a third time then freeze until you want to eat!!

Enjoy the wonderfully lemony-creamy taste!

    1. hi! sorry for the late reply, just returned from long vacation! I usually use full fat cream for this ice cream, it gives it the right richness. i hope this answered your question.
