450ml cold full-fat milk
450 ml cold cream
450 grams sugar
4 lemon juice + rind
use a metal bowl
Mix milk, cream and sugar with an electrical mixer, then freeze for 2hours.
Then add lemon juice and rind, mix again and return to the freezer for another 2 hours.
Beat a third time then freeze until you want to eat!!
