With spring blooming, my balcony has embellished. I just got some outdoor furniture from my brother, and they do make the place more cosy and inviting..

so here is the place where i take my coffee in the morning, while listening to the street noise and enjoying some sort of peaceful moment!

Pure loveliness

red flower (Christmas star?) at sioufi parc, beirut

Spring is my season. It is like a butterfly, one minute it is here, and the next it is gone! flowers blossoms out of nowhere, exploding in myriads of colours and shades.

You really need to go out there, stop for a moment and enjoy what nature has been working on for the last months.

Spring in Lebanon is short and rich. Three weeks and summer takes over with its boiling heat, its suffocating humidity and endless air conditioning roars…

Here is a glimpse of spring for you to enjoy… (i miss my grand mothers garden in Copenhagen, where flowers invade the scenery like a thousand butterflies)…

step 15 to happ(y)ness

Spring is here!

go out and look at the flowers, they are so perfect!

Now is the right time for the body to move more,

eat less,

feel the sun & get lots of vitamine D-

seems 15 minutes of sunbathing just our hands, daily,  is enough to fill our needs,

walk at least ten minutes every day,

start swimming (if the weather permits at your end of the world!),

take your bicycle to work (I used to do that in Denmark, what a wonderful feeling of freedom!)…

Eat loads of vegetable, fruits, start detoxing (in  a mild way, as cutting down sugars, alcohol, fats, coffee, tea)…

move...

Wouldn’t it feel wonderful to have a lighter body and a lighter mind?

happiness comes within…
